Distributed thermoelectric string and insulating panel

This invention describes a flexible panel that can heat or cool surfaces using tiny electronic components. These components, called thermoelectric elements, are woven into an insulating material like fabric or foam. On the outside of the panel, metal conductors expand to create a large surface area for efficiently absorbing or releasing heat from the air.
