Marine energy hybrid

This invention describes a floating power generator that captures energy from the ocean. It uses a circular, track-based structure on the water's surface, where an upper part moves along a track, likely driven by wind. Columns integrated into the structure convert wave motion into usable energy by filling and emptying with water.
