Waterproof/breathable, moisture transfer, soft shell Alpine boots, and snowboard boots, insert liners and footbeds

This invention describes a specialized multi-layered liner for boots and other gear designed to keep feet dry and comfortable. It uses a breathable material bonded to a unique foam and nonwoven fiber composite, which is then flocked with a blend of hollow synthetic and silver fibers. A more advanced version also includes chemically ionized materials and phase change materials for temperature regulation.
