One-way see-thru panel and method of making same

This invention describes a method to create a special sticker that allows people inside to see out, while those outside only see a printed image. It involves taking a light-colored plastic sheet, applying a dark, sticky layer to one side, and then coating the other side to accept inkjet printing. The entire assembly is then perforated with tiny holes, making it suitable for displaying graphics on windows or vehicles.
