This invention describes a system that lets you interact with virtual objects in an extended reality world using muscle signals from your wrist. It uses sensors worn on your wrist to detect subtle muscle movements, which a computer then interprets to understand your interaction with a virtual object. The system then enhances or changes how that virtual object behaves based on your muscle signals.
