Image-data-based classification of meat products

This invention describes a system that automatically identifies different types of meat products. It works by moving individual pieces of meat on a conveyor belt, capturing images of them with a camera, and then feeding those images into a computer program. This program, which is specifically a neural network trained on many examples, then determines and outputs the type of meat.
