Detection of unauthorized access to vehicle compartments

This invention describes a system for securing a car compartment. It works by checking a user's security privileges and then setting a button inside the car to either allow or prevent it from opening a locked compartment. If the button is set to prevent opening, and a sensor detects the compartment has been opened anyway, a security alarm is triggered.
