Devices, Systems and Method for Monitoring and Responding to Environmental Conditions

This system uses a sensor to monitor a building's condition, like its roof temperature. The sensor sends status updates over a low-power internet connection called Narrow Band Internet of Things (NBIoT) to a remote control system. This remote system then analyzes the data and can directly command an action, such as activating a thermal regulation device, back through the NBIoT connection.
