Predictive make-before-break connected vehicle connectivity

This invention describes a system that helps a vehicle maintain a continuous wireless connection, like internet access, while driving. It works by using the vehicle's planned route and external information, such as traffic or weather, to predict where the current connection might become unavailable. Before the vehicle reaches that predicted dead zone, the system automatically switches to a different, available connection to prevent any interruption.
