This invention describes a multi-layered lining system for athletic and outdoor footwear like running shoes and boots. It works by combining an inner antimicrobial, moisture-wicking fabric with a unique middle layer featuring silver-infused, shaped fibers and germicidal foam, all insulated and protected by an outer waterproof material. The layers are designed to keep feet dry from external moisture while allowing sweat to escape, with at least two layers laminated together.
