Combined individual authentication system

This invention describes a car authentication system that uses both a driver's license and biometric data. It scans license information from a card, both outside and inside the vehicle, and also acquires the driver's biometrics. If the license is verified, especially by the outside scanner, it can unlock the car doors and, with further biometric authentication, allow the engine to start.
