This invention describes a multi-layered lining for shoes and boots designed to keep feet dry and comfortable. It uses an inner material to move moisture away from the foot, followed by a nonwoven fabric combined with a breathable foam, and a layer for warmth. The outermost layer is a waterproof material with a film to block water from getting in.
