Systems and methods of securing artificial teeth to a dental prosthetic base with gradient polymers

This invention describes a system for 3D printing dental prosthetics, such as dentures, using two different plastic materials that do not naturally bond together. It works by creating a special transition zone between them, where the materials are gradually blended from one to the other in multiple layers. The system generates a digital file for the prosthesis, including these blended zones, and then prints it using a 3D printer.
