Systems and methods for connected computation in network constrained systems

This invention describes a system where a drone acts as a mobile data courier for heavy industrial facilities that lack reliable internet. The drone collects information from equipment, determines where that data needs to go for processing or storage, flies to that location, and uploads it. It can also retrieve processed information and deliver it back to other industrial assets.
