Authentication device, system and method

This invention describes a small, separate device that helps secure electronic messages. It works by using a light sensor to read a special visual code displayed on your phone or computer screen. This code contains a unique identifier, which the device then sends to a server to get a secret key, allowing it to decrypt a secure message. The device can also generate new keys and codes for encrypting messages.
