Mixed reality sport simulation and training system

This invention describes a system for practicing sports using mixed reality. It tracks a sports object, like a golf ball or baseball, either by its initial launch or its entire flight, and then shows you its path. You wear special partially-transparent glasses that can overlay this information directly onto your real-world view, or show you a fully simulated sports environment, depending on where you look, and the claims specify using nets or tethers to stop the object.
