Retention system for electronic devices

This invention describes a way to securely attach a cover, like a screen or sensor window, to a wearable electronic device such as a smartwatch. An internal, expandable ring-like component pushes outwards against both the device's main body and the cover, holding them tightly together. This design creates a seal against liquids and allows the cover to be removed and reattached easily without damaging the device.
