Context search system

This invention describes a computer system for managing organizational performance. It works by storing definitions of what needs to be measured and the different levels within an organization, like teams or divisions. The system collects data and then creates 'context layers' for each organizational level, which are summaries of their performance situations. These context layers then help other applications adapt to how that specific part of the organization is performing.
