Autonomous battery control and optimization

This invention describes a system for managing a battery unit made of many individual battery cells. It works by first checking the 'health' of each cell, especially when some cells are healthier than others. Then, it adjusts how each individual cell is charged or discharged, differing from a standard approach, based on its health and a reference point like the overall battery voltage or its state-of-charge.
